- To help create a shift towards more ethical, sustainable and regenerative consumption.
- To help mitigate the effects of Climate Change by reducing greenhouse gas
emissions responsible for rising global temperatures.

- A free local green business locator and directory for everyone who downloads the b green app (free for green businesses to join as well).
- A discount book for anyone who purchases a monthly subscription to the app.
- A carbon capture and Climate Change solution by donating proceeds from the subscriptions
to the app towards tree planting and other environmental conservation organizations. - A tree planting tracker, showing the end user how many trees they have planted so far.

Pardeep Chaudhary
Software Engineer & App Developer - iOS
Pardeep completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at the Punjab Technical University in 2012. Now living in Toronto Canada, and with nearly a decade of expertise in his field, he is extremely passionate about his work in software and mobile application development. He loves the idea of symmetry which is why he loves being a part of our project. Inspired to creating a positive impact by empowering communities towards taking Climate Action through developing, on a voluntary basis, the iOS version of the b green app.
Justin Smeal
Software Programmer & App Developer - Android
Justin completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics. He is extremely passionate about software development, particularly mobile application development, as well as the environmental issues currently threatening our planet. Justin has a strong desire to create a positive impact by taking Climate Action through the applications that he has and continues to develop, for a greener world.
Telmo Vieira
Software Programmer & App Developer - Android
Telmo is completing a B.A.Sc in Computer Science at McMaster University in Hamilton. He has a strong interest in application development while also having some experience in web development. Telmo is very passionate about our environment and the issues currently causing Climate Change and hopes to use his knowledge of app development to make a positive impact and help take on these issues to create a more sustainable world.
Odalia Zubarev
Business Development
Odalia completed a B.B.A. at Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto. She is a Climate Action Catalyst and Youth Impact Maker and carries a vision for the ultimate betterment of humankind by providing solid solutions concerning humanitarianism, gender and racial equality, environmental sustainability, among others. Odalia wants to contribute to the improvement of a more unified society and an economically sustained future, here and abroad.
Amanda Lenko
Branding, UI/UX
Amanda is a designer and artist with a B.Des. from NSCAD University. Some of her work experience includes graphic design in real estate, UX design for McGill University, and branding for local businesses. In 2019, she participated in Map the System, a global research project on social change with ÉTS's team, about the recurring flooding in Montreal. Her group made it to the national finals. She has a growing interest in sustainable design which she is currently studying in Sweden, and takes on projects where she can use her artistic skills to help create a greener world.
Harleen Badwal
Social Media Campaign & Graphics Coordinator
Harleen graduated in 2019 with a B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto. As a former member of different student government committees and the TEDx club, she continuously sought to drive change and empower others on campus. Currently, Harleen is an online volunteer for the United Nations. She has helped five partner organizations work towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This experience informed her about the social and environmental impact of organizations operating around the world. Harleen's ambition in life is to continue shaping her interests which include the law, international relations, and sustainable development, towards a career.
Michelle Brar
Social Media Campaign Strategist - Legal Advisor
Michelle is a Canadian and American J.D. candidate at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She holds a B.B.A from the Schulich School of Business, York University. She is driven by the desire to research and investigate the socioeconomic factors, in particular the policies and regulations, behind the climate change crisis, and its impacts on vulnerable populations around the world. Michelle seeks to empower local and global communities and apply her legal and analytical skills towards developing solutions for a healthier and more sustainable future.
Xenia Hébert
Community Lead
Xenia is a communications and events professional who holds a Bachelors degree in Communications and Media Studies and is pursuing a certificate in Sustainability Education. She has experience working in the renewable energy sector and is passionate about storytelling, creating and facilitating experiences, and building community through collaborative relationships. When Xenia isn't at work, she's happiest outdoors. As a self-proclaimed nature enthusiast with a deep love for the Canadian outdoors, she hopes to be able to do her part in the fight against global Climate Change.
Wadzanai Chigumira
Ambassador
Wadzanai has a BSc in Forest Resources and Wildlife Management from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe, Africa. Her passions include nature and wildlife conservation, scientific research projects, and to expand her environmental conservation knowledge through the education and work experiences that she has gained. Now living in Canada, Wadzanai’s desire is to continue to involve herself in projects with organizations that share her passion for creating positive impactful outcomes for future generations, and ensure that the beauty of the natural world be preserved.
Brittany Steel

Brittany is completing a BSc in Biological sciences. Upon receiving the Alberta Emerald Award for leadership in sustainability, she has helped organize and direct many successful projects aligned with the UN SDGs. As a strong and current leader in her community, she recognizes that a variety of needs must be considered when making changes to current social and economic systems. She believes education and action are required to influence political and societal norms for a better, more sustainable future. Currently, her projects are having an impact at a community level, and she is striving to achieve this across Canada, and internationally.
Irina Chan
Ambassador
Irina is in her fourth and final year at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of New Brunswick. She is completing her naturopathic medical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, CCNM-Integrative Cancer Center and Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic in Toronto, Ontario. Irina is passionate about natural, person-centered and evidence-informed health care that addresses the fundamental cause of disease. B Green's mission to empower people, communities and businesses on a local and global scale, toward a more healthy, sustainable and regenerative future truly aligns with her goals as a future practitioner for her community and continual advocate for the protection of our environment.
